Gerding Companies is an ESOP, and Employee Stock Ownership Plan. Through this structure, company stock is automatically granted to employees at year-end. Once one qualifies for the plan with a year of service, stock is earned by their proportion of qualified payroll. It’s easy, it’s automatic, and it’s at no-cost to the employee.

We are proudly 100% employee-owned.

Our ESOP structure gives employees ownership interest in the company, at no cost whatsoever. That’s why we are supremely dedicated to the work we dowe have a vested interest.
